Britain's biggest family: Sue and Noel Radford and their SIXTEEN children

23 November 2012  SUPERMUM Sue Radford has given birth to little Casper, the latest addition to her family of 16 kids.

She and husband Noel live ina former caree home in Morecambe, Lancashire, where the weekly food bill runs to £250 and they buy 18 pints of milk a week.
